The 2025 City v Country Challenge

When: This Challenge is played annually and this year it is to be held on Saturday, 6th September, with players to be in attendance by 8.15 am to warm up, sort out teams and get started by 9.00am
The venue will be open at7.30am for warm up.                        

Where:  Niagara Park Stadium, 
                16 Washington Avenue, Gosford.                                                   

Format: Similar to Country Championships, ie, teams of three (or four) players playing nine singles and two doubles in each round. Play for the day will finish at 4.00pm and the presentations over by 4.30pm.
Teams are graded to provide competitive play.                                     

Matches: Two rounds are played in the day, 11 individual matches played in each round subject to the finishing time for each round.                                        

Cost: $25 per player.                                                                     

Selection: Associations and Clubs can nominate teams and individuals to play in this event. Please provide the current Ratings Central score for each player. Individuals will be put in teams and nominated teams may be changed for competition purposes.
                                                                                  

Food: The venue's excellent canteen will be open from 7.30am to 4.00pm and will have a breakfast and                            lunch service, similarly to previous years.
